Tracey Robinson – Mortgage Broker
Tracey is the mastermind Broker behind it all. Tracey was a Licensed Mortgage Specialist and Certified Financial Planner back in the UK for over 25 years but knew she wanted to dive even deeper into the Mortgage world when moving across to Canada. In the financial industry now for over 30 years and the President of The Tracey Robinson Mortgage Team Ltd, she has been a Mortgage Broker here in Penticton, BC for almost 10 years and is passionate about her work, educating all her clients and providing the same Royal treatment to everyone.
Tracey and spare time often don’t come hand in hand, but she is trying! She loves spending time with her husband, Paul, our General Manager who keeps her well grounded. She has always enjoyed travel and likes to get away as much as possible, and as often as possible. Tracey loves reading, dining out, relaxing and the beautiful Okanagan weather. A true hockey mom, who can certainly give advice to all those wondering what hockey essentials need permanent space in their car boot!
Scott Robinson – Mortgage Broker
Scott is the newest Broker on the Team. With a passion for helping clients create wealth through the use of Real Estate financing, Scott is sure to help you set yourself up for the future. Scott adds a new dynamic and demographic to The Tracey Robinson Mortgage Team. There’s no better time to have joined the Team and he has taken on a paramount role in developing our Client Journey and new high tech back office approach. His natural abilities in front of the camera are quickly making him a Social Media sensation for our clients.
Scott grew up in Nottingham, England and moved to Penticton, BC at the age of 13. After playing minor hockey with the Okanagan Hockey Academy, he went on to play much of his Junior Hockey career with the Summerland Steam. After 3 years in Summerland, he moved away to further his hockey career and education. Scott studied Finance at the University of Northern Colorado and eventually became a Broker to team up with his mom, Tracey. Scott loves to play hockey, ski, and mountain bike, and spend as much time outdoors as possible.

Aislinn Pardell
Director of Client Support
Aislinn is our Director of Client Support. The same bubbly smile you’ve always been greeted by when you walk through our office doors, but now with an even bigger role behind the scenes. Aislinn is the operational powerhouse that keeps our Team running smoothly and ensures every client receives exceptional care throughout their mortgage journey. From keeping mortgage files moving forward and supporting our brokers to overseeing client communication and helping keep the rest of us in line, she truly does it all. With a background in administration from SAIT, Aislinn continues to be an absolute delight and an integral part of our Team. She has become an invaluable part of our business, earning the trust of both our clients and our Team through her dedication, attention to detail, and passion for helping others.
Aislinn was born in Philadelphia, but was soon brought to Grande Prairie, AB where she was raised. She played on various basketball teams throughout Elementary School and High School. She moved to Calgary, AB after High School where she attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology for a 2-year program in Administration. After 5 years in Calgary, Aislinn moved to Penticton in March of 2021. She enjoys spending her free time visiting friends and family or enjoying the warm Penticton weather.
Summer Buyan
Client Experience & Operations Specialist
Summer is our Client Experience & Operations Specialist. She plays an important role in supporting both our clients and Team, helping ensure the mortgage process runs smoothly from start to finish. From client communication and file progression to operational support and special projects, Summer brings a thoughtful, organized, and dependable approach to everything she does. With a strong foundation in Business Administration and a natural ability to connect with people, Summer helps ensure every client feels informed, valued, and cared for throughout their mortgage journey. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service make her a valued member of our Team.
Summer was born and raised in the Okanagan, growing up in Naramata and now calling Penticton home. She is a proud mom to an amazing little girl and a recent graduate of Okanagan College. When she’s not at the office, Summer enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of everything the Okanagan lifestyle has to offer.

Kelsi Gaudette
Client Support Specialist
Kelsi is our Client Support Specialist. She plays an important role in helping keep mortgage files organized and moving forward, ensuring our clients and Team have the support they need every step of the way. From coordinating documentation and tracking important details to assisting with file progression and day-to-day administrative tasks, Kelsi helps keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. With a naturally organized approach and a knack for staying on top of the details, Kelsi enjoys bringing structure and consistency to a fast-paced environment. Her reliability, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to our Team.
Kelsi was born and raised in the Fraser Valley and recently made the move to the Okanagan with her family. She is a busy mom of two and enjoys spending her time outdoors, exploring local trails, and making memories with her family.
Paul Robinson
General Manager
Paul is the General Manager of the Business. He constantly ensures all of our back-office work is complete and something we would struggle with otherwise. Whether it be top-level decision making, or coffee runs Paul has it covered. With his varied work experience in the UK, Paul is the epitome of a hard-working man. Incredibly family-focussed and determined, he instills that same hard-working attitude into the whole Team. His sense of humour is our constant morale booster.
Paul retired from Healthcare at the end of 2019 after over 25 years. He loves to travel with his wife, Tracey, spend time with their two Border Collies, all the way from the UK and has a passion for keeping Koi. He is excited to see many new places around the world in the next couple of years with plans for Australia, the Maldives and Dubai. A Vegas Golden Knights fan, he and Tracey also travelled extensively over the years supporting Scott playing hockey and will certainly miss that time.
